Prior to retirement he was a member of many national horticultural organizations, and he was the lead volunteer at the Olympia Japanese garden.”  Lowell will have tools and parts for sale, including a wide selection of hand clippers for people to test.  This is a great opportunity to learn what to look for and what to avoid when choosing tools and how to care for them and keep them sharp.
