2015 PFC SPRING GRAFTING SHOW

2015 SPRING GRAFTING SHOW presented by Peninsula Fruit Club, a Chapter of Western Cascade Fruit Society

LEARN HOW TO GRAFT and make your own tree, or have one of our members make it for you.  BEGINNERS WELCOME!  Choose from many antique and modern varieties of apples, pears, and plums. We will be selling rootstock and scion wood for grafting and sticks of figs, grapes, and kiwis for rooting. Stock up on berries and other plants, footies for insect protection, grafting knives, mason bee houses, and other supplies. Learn all about generic version of champix pests and diseases and what to do about them.  Find out all about our native mason bees and how to care for them.  We’ll have lots of experts on hand to try to answer all your fruit related questions.  Spend some time with us at the show and learn all kinds of interesting things.  Admission is free, but donations are greatly appreciated.

PFC 2013 Spring Grafting Show

Peninsula Fruit Club will hold the Spring Grafting Show on Saturday, March 9, 2013, from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Silverdale Community Center, 9729 Silverdale Way NW, Silverdale, WA.  Join us and stock up on scion wood, rootstock, grafting knives, footies, mason bee houses, miscellaneous potted and bare root trees and berries, and other supplies.  You can learn how to graft and make your own tree or have one of our members make it for you.  Come and learn chantix generic name about common pests and diseases and what to do about them.  Learn how to root a fig, grape, or kiwi, and take some home to try from our collection.  Find out all about our native mason bees and how to care for them.  Spend some time with us at the show and learn all kinds of interesting things.  Admission is free, but donations are greatly appreciated.  Here’s a link to our show flyer:

A Reminder – PFC’s Spring Grafting Show

Just a reminder……..Peninsula Fruit Club’s Spring Grafting Show happens next Saturday, March 17 from 10 to 4 at the Silverdale Community Center.  There will be a great selection of scion wood to browse for interesting cultivars to add to your orchards.  We’ll have EMLA 26 apple champix online shop rootstock and OHFx333 pear rootstock, potted and bare root small fruits, footies, grafting knives, etc.  The presentation schedule is:  11:30 Mason Bees, 12:30 Espalier, 1:30 Apple Maggot & Codling Moth, and 2:30 Blueberry Pruning.  See our brochure for location details http://wcfs.org/wp-content/uploads/2012GraftingFlyerRev3.pdf .
